You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
Both Service Providers and Customers must register for an account and undergo an ID verification process before being granted access to the platform.
Service Providers must pay a monthly subscription fee to be listed on the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Fees & Payment

Service Providers agree to pay a recurring monthly subscription fee to be listed on the platform.
Fees are billed automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store payment information.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, including in cases where a Service Provider closes their account before the end of the paid subscription period.
Users have the option to enable or disable auto-pay for their subscription. We are not responsible for failed payments due to expired payment methods or users not reviewing their account settings.

4. User Responsibilities

Service Providers are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, and compliance with local laws.
Customers must provide accurate personal information and undergo identity verification before accessing the platform. Once the account is accepted or declined the identity images are deleted from the system automatically.
Users may not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any disputes between Service Providers and Customers.
We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or safety of any cleaning services booked through our platform.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

6. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Users may cancel their accounts at any time through their account settings. No refunds will be issued for remaining time on a canceled subscription.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable once paid.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.
It is the user’s responsibility to disable auto-pay if they do not wish to be charged for the next billing cycle.

8. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Users may not use the platform for spam, fraud, or illegal activities.
Service Providers must provide accurate information and conduct business ethically.
Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the platform’s features may result in termination of the account.

Clean Locator LLC does not verify, endorse, or influence the content of these reviews. We do not assume responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of any review.
